Hardware Wallet

Also known as cold storage/wallet, it's essentially a USB stick that can be used for offline transactions and keeping your private keys safe. It's considered more secure than most other forms of wallets since they're harder to access if you lose them. There are different types including paper and digital ones but each has its own pros and cons.

Some hardware wallet brands include:

  • Ledger
  • Trezor
